I got a different take - don't rush to evolve Drifloon. Enjoy the journey, level up by exploring every nook and cranny of Paldea with it. Evolving it is just part of the adventure, and hitting level 28 will happen before you know it!

To evolve Drifloon into Drifblim in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to level up Drifloon to level 28. Just keep battling and gaining XP with Drifloon in your party, and once it hits level 28, it'll start evolving. No special items or conditions needed, just good old fashioned leveling!
