I remember evolving my Drifloon right after a gym battle. It was night time in the game, and boom, it hit level 28, and there was my Drifblim. Night or day, just hit level 28, and you're golden. It's one of those evolutions that feels super rewarding, especially since Drifblim is such a powerhouse.
