Evolving Eelektrik in Pokemon Scarlet is pretty straightforward, but you gotta get a Thunderstone first. Find a Thunderstone in the game (they can be scattered around or you might get one from certain NPCs or as a reward), then just use it on your Eelektrik. Bam! You've got yourself an Electross, no trading required!

Just slap a Thunderstone on that Eelektrik and it'll evolve into Electross. No fuss, no muss.
