Evolving Fomantis into Lurantis is pretty straightforward but requires a bit of patience. You just need to level up Fomantis during the day; it doesn't evolve at night. Make sure your Fomantis is out and about in the sunlight, battling and gaining experience, and once it hits level 34 during daytime hours in the game, you'll see it evolve into the majestic Lurantis!

Honestly, I just leveled mine up without paying attention to the time, and it didn't evolve because it was night in the game. So, daytime leveling is the key.
