Just use a Dawn Stone on a male Kirlia. But honestly, why go for Gallade when Gardevoir is an option?

To evolve Gallade in Pokémon Violet, first you need a male Kirlia, which is the evolution of Ralts. Once you've got your male Kirlia, you'll need a Dawn Stone. Use the Dawn Stone on your Kirlia, and voila, it'll evolve into Gallade. Make sure you're picking the right evolution because Kirlia can also evolve into Gardevoir without the stone!
