Nope, Girafarig doesn't evolve. Always struck me as odd. You'd think with a name like that, it'd have somewhere to go, evolution-wise. But no, it's a singleton in the evolution game.

Girafarig can't evolve, sorry to burst your bubble. It's been this way since its debut back in the Johto region games. Some things just don't change, and Girafarig is proof of that.
