Hate to break it to the purists, but evolving Grimer in Pokemon Violet is too easy. Just hit level 38. Makes me miss the days when you had to trade or use some unique item. Everything's straightforward now.

I evolved my Grimer last night! All it took was leveling it up to 38. Super easy. If you're struggling with leveling, try battling in areas with higher level wild Pokémon or use Exp. Candy. Worked like a charm for me!
