To evolve Litleo into Pyroar in Pokémon Scarlet, you just gotta level Litleo up to 35. Once it hits that level, it'll evolve into its majestic mane-covered form, Pyroar. No special items needed, just good old-fashioned leveling up. It's the same deal in Pokémon Violet too, btw!
