To evolve Milcery in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you gotta give it a sweet to hold and then make it spin around! First, get yourself any sweet like Strawberry Sweet or Love Sweet from cafes or as rewards. Then, make sure Milcery is holding it, and start spinning your character in circles by using the left joystick. After a few seconds of spinning, Milcery should start evolving into Alcremie! The type of Alcremie you get depends on the time of day and how long you spin.
