Pawmi evolves into Pawmo after you level it up and it has high friendship with you. Just keep battling with it and maybe give it a Soothe Bell to hold to increase friendship faster. Don't forget to keep it in your party and avoid letting it faint too much, as that can lower friendship levels!

Honestly, just battle with it and make it hold a Soothe Bell. High friendship is key for Pawmi to evolve into Pawmo. Also, don't let it faint; it's like friendship kryptonite.
