To evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine in Pokémon Violet, you need to teach it the move Ancient Power. You can do this either by leveling up, since Piloswine learns Ancient Power at a certain level, or by using a Move Reminder in exchange for a Heart Scale if your Piloswine is past that level. Once Piloswine knows Ancient Power, just gain one more level, and voilà, you'll get Mamoswine!
