Just make Primeape angry with Rage Fist. Seriously, have it knock out another Pokemon using that move and boom, Annihilape time.

Actually, I evolved my Primeape into Annihilape and it wasn't that hard. Primeape learned Rage Fist at level 35, then I used it in battle, made sure to KO an opponent with it, and my Primeape evolved right after the battle. It was pretty epic!
