To evolve Ralts in Pokemon Violet, you just gotta level it up to level 20. Once it hits level 20, Ralts will evolve into Kirlia. From there, you can choose to evolve Kirlia into Gardevoir at level 30, or if you have a male Kirlia, use a Dawn Stone to evolve it into Gallade. Make sure to keep your Ralts happy and in battles to level up faster!
