Riolu evolves into Lucario through happiness! Make sure Riolu is super happy during the day by battling with it, walking around with it, and feeding it plenty of berries. Also, giving it a Soothe Bell helps increase its happiness faster. Once it's happy enough, it'll evolve the next time it levels up during the day!

Just level it up with high happiness during daytime. No need for fancy items, just old-school care and leveling.

Honestly, evolving Riolu is all about that happiness meter. Keep it happy, keep it leveling, and make sure the sun's up. Mine evolved after I gave it a ton of attention and a few battles. Patience is key!
