Rockruff evolves into Lycanroc, but the form it takes depends on the time of day in-game. If you evolve Rockruff during the day (between 5 AM and 5:59 PM in-game time), you'll get Midday Form Lycanroc. Evolve it at night (between 6 PM and 4:59 AM in-game time), and you'll get the Midnight Form Lycanroc. So, keep your eye on the in-game clock and decide which cool form you want!

Actually, it's not just about day or night. Your Rockruff needs to hit level 25 for the evolution to trigger. So, no matter if it's day or night, without reaching that level, no evolution. Keep battling to level up fast!
