TBH everyone obsesses over Dusk form, but why not enjoy Rockruff as is? Dusk form is cool and all, but Rockruff's other evolutions have their charm too. Don't get too caught up on just one evolution path.

Got my Dusk Form Rockruff last night! Own Tempo ability is a must, and right at 7:15 PM, it evolved. Looks awesome and was totally worth the wait. Make sure to check your Rockruff's ability first!

Just level it up between 7 and 8 PM but ONLY if it has Own Tempo. Otherwise, you're not getting a Dusk form.
