Evolving Scatterbug is super easy! Just level it up to level 9 and it'll evolve into Spewpa. Keep leveling it up and at level 12, it'll evolve into Vivillon. So, all you gotta do is battle, earn XP, and watch your Scatterbug transform!

Don't bother, Vivillon isn't even that good in competitive play. Just catch something better.

Honestly, evolving Scatterbug is just a matter of time. Get it to level 9, and boom, Spewpa. Then at level 12, you've got yourself a Vivillon. Patience is key.
