Just wanna say, I've been playing Pokemon since the Red and Blue days, and evolving Sliggoo into Goodra isn't as tough as some make it out to be. Level 50, in the rain. That's it. Gotta love how simple these requirements are compared to some of the crazy evolution methods out there!

Actually, I prefer keeping Sliggoo. Goodra's cool and all, but there's something about that permanent rain-drenched blob look that's kinda charming. To each their own, though!

Sliggoo evolves into Goodra, but you gotta wait for the rain. Seriously, find a place in Pokemon Scarlet where it's raining, and then get your Sliggoo to at least level 50. Once you level up in the rain, bam! Sliggoo will evolve into Goodra. No special items needed, just a bit of patience and maybe a rain dance if you're feeling it.
