Super simple stuff! Just level up your Spewpa - it evolves into Vivillon when it reaches level 12. No special items or conditions needed outside of just getting those experience points. So, go battle some wild Pokemon or tackle a few trainers to give Spewpa the boost it needs!

Honestly, evolving Spewpa is a bit of a letdown. Sure, you get Vivillon at level 12, but considering the variety of other Pokemon out there, Spewpa’s evolution isn't the most exciting. Just my hot take though!
