Evolving Tyrogue into Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, or Hitmontop in Pokemon Scarlet is all about how you balance its stats at level 20. If Tyrogue's Attack is higher than its Defense, it'll evolve into Hitmonlee. If its Defense is higher than its Attack, congratulations, you'll get Hitmonchan! But if those stats are equal, you're looking at a future Hitmontop. So, keep an eye on those stats and maybe use some Proteins or Irons to nudge them in the direction you want!
