Evolving Voltorb in Pokemon Violet is pretty straightforward. Just level it up to level 30, and boom, you'll have yourself an Electrode! Make sure you're battling enough to get those XP points, or give it an XP candy if you're in a rush. Have fun with your speedy new Electrode!
