Honestly, I tried a bunch of ways but Razor Claw + nighttime leveling is the golden ticket. Had my Sneasel hold it, battled a few wild Pokémon as the sun was setting in-game, and boom! Weavile on my team. Plus, nighttime in Paldea looks awesome, so it’s a win-win.

just lvl up sneasel at night with a razor claw. ez pz.

To evolve Sneasel into Weavile in Pokemon Scarlet, you need a Razor Claw. Make sure Sneasel is holding the Razor Claw, then level it up during the night. Sneasel will evolve into Weavile after gaining a level at night while holding that item. You can find a Razor Claw in various locations around the Paldea region or buy it from certain in-game shops.
