To evolve Yungoos into its next form, Gumshoos, you gotta level it up during the daytime! Just keep battling and gaining XP with Yungoos until it hits level 20, but make sure you do this when the in-game sun is shining. Once it reaches level 20 or above during daylight in the game, it'll start evolving. Easy peasy!
