How to extract CS:GO sound with GCFScape

First, you gotta download GCFScape, right? Install it and open it up. Then, head over to your CS:GO directory (usually under SteamApps/common/Counter-Strike Global Offensive/csgo) and look for the .vpk files. Open 'pak01_dir.vpk' with GCFScape. Once you're in, navigate to the 'sound' folder. That's where all the audio gold is hidden! You can right-click any file or folder inside and hit 'extract' to save it wherever you like. Just remember, don't mess with the game files directly, or you might get a 'vacation' from Valve.

Just drag and drop the VPK files into GCFScape, ezpz. Look for the sounds folder, extract, and you’re done. Don't overthink it.

Honestly, why bother extracting CS:GO sounds when you can enjoy the game as is? Plus, messing with game files if you don't know what you're doing can be risky.
