I disagree with farming. Just buy 'em. Saves time and you don't risk getting jumped by wild Pokemon. Who has the time to shake trees?

Just shake those trees and run if you see the tree shaking too much, or you'll have to face off against a Pokemon. Honestly, it's the quickest way to grab some without the hassle of battles.
