Just jump into a game, pick a point on a wall, and try turning 360 degrees around to aim back at it. Adjust till it feels just right. Forget formulas, just feel the game.

Finding your perfect 360 sensitivity in CS:GO is all about trial and error, but a good start is setting your DPI (dots per inch) on your mouse to around 400 or 800, which are common among pro players. Then adjust your in-game sensitivity starting from around 2.0 for 400 DPI or 1.0 for 800 DPI. Go into a practice map and tweak it until you can comfortably do a 360 with a single swipe of your mouse. Remember, it's all about what feels right for you!

Honestly, why bother with 360s? If you're playing properly, you won't need to be spinning around all the time. Focus on aiming and strategy, not spinning.

Used this method myself: find an open space in a map, mark a spot on a wall, and try turning around in a full circle to hit that same spot with one mouse movement. Adjust sensitivity as needed. Took a bit of tweaking, but found my sweet spot and it improved my gameplay!
