Just pop open the console with ~ and type in 'cl_crosshair'. It'll spill all the beans about your crosshair settings.
TechieGamer
To find your current crosshair settings in CS:GO, you can open the console by pressing the tilde key (~) which is usually located under the escape key. Once the console is open, just type 'cl_crosshair' and press enter. This will list all the crosshair commands and the current settings in the console for you to see. Remember, the console needs to be enabled in the game settings first!
VisualTweaker
Go to Settings > Game Settings > Crosshair. You'll see a visual editor that lets you fine-tune your crosshair settings without typing commands. Best way for those who hate the console.
