Caught Latias just yesterday! Pro tip: patience is key. Roam around the areas mentioned by others, listen for its cry, and be ready for a bit of a chase. They don't call it legendary for nothing!

Finding Latias in Pokemon Violet can be a bit of a challenge since it's a roaming legendary Pokemon! Your best bet is to hang around the area south of Cortondo or near the water areas in East Province (Area Three). Keep your eyes peeled and your Poké Balls ready!
