Finding Lucario in Pokemon Scarlet is quite the adventure! You'll have the best luck looking for Riolu, its pre-evolution, during the day around the Glaseado Mountain area. This little guy evolves into Lucario when it levels up with high friendship during the day. So, make sure to keep Riolu happy with lots of battling, berries, and maybe a soothing bell to speed up the process. Once you've got your friendship high enough, just level Riolu up during daylight hours, and bam, you've got yourself a Lucario!
