Super easy! Just launch CS:GO and click on 'Play' then 'Offline with Bots' or 'Workshop Maps' in the game menu. Here, you'll see a list of maps you currently have. If you're looking for workshop maps you've subscribed to, make sure to check the 'Workshop Maps' section to see all your downloaded goodies!

Just search in the workshop, lol. If you added it, it’s there.

If you're looking for a specific map and can't spot it, remember that some maps might only show up for certain game modes. So, toggle between game modes to find it!
ConsoleCommando
A lot of folks forget, but your console is your best friend here. Type 'map ' in the console, and it'll auto-suggest maps you've got installed. Handy for the tech-savvy!
