How to find the perfect sensitivity in CS:GO guide

Finding the perfect sensitivity in CS:GO is all about trial and error, but here's a quick guide to get you started! First off, set your DPI (on your mouse) between 400-800 for starters, as most pro players do. Begin with an in-game sensitivity around 2.0 if your DPI is 400, or 1.0 if it's 800. The key here is to adjust it in small increments until it feels just right. Jump into a deathmatch and see how it feels. You should aim for a sensitivity that lets you easily do a 180-degree turn without feeling like you're wrestling your mouse or barely nudging it. Remember, muscle memory is everything, so once you find a setting that works, stick with it!

Personally, I found my perfect sensitivity after using the 'PSA Method' — basically, you keep halving or doubling your sensitivity based on whether you overshoot or undershoot your targets until you find a happy medium. Took a bit of time, but totally worth it for that sweet, sweet muscle memory.
