Pro tip: Tinkatink likes to play hard to get. Found mine after like, an hour of just roaming around. Don’t rush, enjoy the scenery, and before you know it, BAM, Tinkatink will appear.

Honestly, just wander around the starting areas. Tinkatink pops up more often than my neighbor's cat that's always looking for treats. No need to make it complicated, folks.
