How to Fix CS:GO Connection Issue

Restart your router and PC. Classic but gold. This often fixes it by refreshing your connection. If that doesn't work, check your firewall and antivirus settings. Sometimes they block games like CS:GO. Make sure CS:GO is allowed through. Another thing, verify the integrity of game files through Steam. Right-click CS:GO in your Steam library, go to properties, then local files, and click verify integrity of game files. This can fix any corrupted files messing with your game.

lol just use an ethernet cable, dude. WiFi is too unreliable for gaming, especially competitive games like CS:GO.

Are you sure it's not your internet? I had the same frustration and it turned out my ISP was throttling gaming traffic during peak hours. A VPN solved it for me. It might not be a CS:GO issue at all.
