Just rebind the console key. Go to the settings and find where you can change the key bind for the console. Sometimes the default tilde key (~) doesn't cut it, especially on non-US keyboards.

First up, make sure you've enabled the console in the game settings! Go to Options, then Game Settings, and look for 'Enable Developer Console'. Set it to 'Yes'. Next, check your keyboard's bind. The default key to open the console is the tilde key (~). If it still doesn't work, try resetting your game settings or checking for any game updates that might fix the issue. Sometimes a fresh game update does the trick!
