First thing's first, try the classic turn-it-off-and-on-again with your computer. Sometimes, it's just a fluke. If that doesn't work, verify the integrity of game files on Steam: right click CS:GO in your library > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files. This usually catches any corrupted or missing files messing with your game.

Check your antivirus. Sometimes it goes overboard and blocks CS:GO from launching thinking it's a threat. Add an exception for the game in your antivirus settings.
