So you're battling high ping in CS:GO? Been there, done that. First, make sure you're playing on a server close to your location. Sounds simple, but it makes a huge difference. Next, check that no other devices on your network are hogging bandwidth. If your sibling is streaming 4K videos next door, chances are your ping will suffer. Try using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable connection. Finally, tweak your in-game settings by setting the max acceptable ping to lower values. And if all else fails, give your ISP a shout. Sometimes the problem is on their end.

Just play late at night or early in the morning. Servers are less crowded, and I always get better ping. Works like a charm.
