actually, just play in windowed mode, fixes most of these errors and you'll hardly notice the difference.

Had this annoying error too! What worked for me was updating my graphics card drivers. Just head to your GPU manufacturer's website, find the latest drivers, and install. If that doesn't do the trick, try running CS:GO in windowed mode by adding '-windowed' to your launch options in Steam. It's a weird workaround, but it's like magic!

You guys got it all wrong. The real solution is to completely uninstall and then reinstall CS:GO. It's a bit drastic but it's like hitting the reset button on all those pesky errors.
