Just delete and redownload the game lol. It's harsh but effective. If it's not downloading right, might as well start fresh.

First, try restarting Steam or your computer â sometimes it's just a temporary glitch. If that doesn't work, verify the integrity of game files through Steam. Right-click CS:GO in your library, go to Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files. Steam will fix any corrupted or missing files. Works like a charm most times!
