Make sure your headphones are set as the default device in your computer's sound settings. CS:GO tends to default to the primary audio device, so if it's not set to your headphones, you might have to switch it manually.

Just unplug and replug your headphones, then alt-tab out of the game and back in. Works like a charm for me, no restart needed!

Had a similar issue, and the only thing that worked for me was to restart my CS:GO. I know it's a pain, but it's like giving the game a fresh start to recognize your headphones again.
