Lag in CS:GO, especially related to your 'SV' and 'VAR' showing red or yellow, can often be fixed by trying a few things. First, make sure your internet connection is stable. A wired connection beats WiFi for gaming any day. Secondly, tweak your game settings: lower your graphics settings and consider adjusting your launch options for better performance. Also, keep your drivers updated, especially your graphics card drivers. Lastly, check if background applications are eating up your bandwidth or CPU usage. Sometimes, the simple act of closing a few apps can make a world of difference!

SV and VAR lag in CS:GO is a pain! Lower your graphics and close other apps. Works like a charm most times.

Just get better internet lol. But seriously, sometimes the server itself is the issue. If your internet's good and your PC's not ancient, might just be a bad server day. Switch servers if you can or take a break and come back later.
