Cap your FPS! Type 'fps_max 60' (or whatever your monitor's refresh rate is) in the console. This little trick stabilizes your frame rate and can reduce micro stutters. Trust me, it works wonders.

First thing's first, check if your drivers are up to date, especially your graphics card driver. Outdated drivers are common culprits for stuttering. Next, dive into the CS:GO settings and lower your graphics settings. Sometimes, pushing your machine too hard is what causes the stuttering. Lastly, enable V-Sync in the game settings or your graphics card control panel to reduce screen tearing, which can reduce stuttering as well.

Honestly, just get a better PC. If you're still rocking hardware from the Stone Age, no amount of tweaks will save you.

In my experience, turning off all background applications, especially those heavy on your CPU and RAM, makes a big difference. CS:GO loves to hog resources, so make sure it's got plenty to play with.
