Just reboot your system. Sounds too simple, but sometimes that's all it takes to fix a stubborn black screen issue.

Hey! If you're hitting a black screen with NoSteam CS:GO, the first thing you wanna do is check if your graphics drivers are up to date. Out-of-date drivers are often the culprits. Also, running the game as an Administrator can work wonders. Right-click on the game's shortcut and select 'Run as administrator'. Hope this helps get you back in action!

For real, try verifying the game files integrity if you've got it through a, let's say, 'unofficial' channel. Sometimes files get corrupted. If that doesn't work, a reinstall might be your best bet. But remember, supporting the devs by getting the game officially is always the way to go!

I had the same issue! What worked for me was updating my graphics card drivers and then running the game in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows. Right-click on the game executable, go to Properties -> Compatibility, and select an older Windows version. Worked like magic!
