Just open the console (enable it from the game settings first) and type 'sv_cheats 1' to enable cheats. After that, type 'host_timescale 0' to freeze everything. Remember, this is just for fun or practice. Don't try this in actual competitive play unless you want a one-way ticket to Banville.

Been there, done that. I usually freeze time when I'm practicing smokes or finding new angles. Just toggle 'sv_cheats 1' then 'host_timescale 0'. Great for messing around or getting that perfect screenshot too!
