To fully uninstall CS:GO, first, open Steam and navigate to your library. Right-click on CS:GO, select 'Manage' and then 'Uninstall'. After that, go to your Steam directory (usually in Program Files), find the 'steamapps' folder, and delete the CS:GO folder if it's still there. Lastly, check your 'Documents' folder for any remaining CS:GO related files and delete those too. This should remove the game completely!
