Actually scored the 2019 Service Medal! The trick was playing a ton and hitting Rank 40 before the year ended. Too bad we can't turn back time, but hey, there's a new medal every year. Keep playing and who knows, maybe you'll be the proud owner of this year's medal!

Sorry to say, but the 2019 Service Medal in CS:GO was a limited-time item. You had to reach Rank 40 in that year to claim it. Each year's medal is unique, so once the year ends, you can't get that specific medal anymore. However, keep grinding! New year means a new service medal to aim for.
