Getting a second Miraidon in Pokémon Violet isn't something you can do within just your game. You can't catch a second one in-game since Legendary Pokémon like Miraidon are unique. However, you can get another one through trading! Find someone who has Pokémon Scarlet and is willing to trade their version's exclusive Legendary, Koraidon, for your extra Miraidon, or look for someone in a Pokémon community who's willing to trade a Miraidon for something else. Trading is the way to go!

Actually, I managed to get a second Miraidon by trading with a friend. We both wanted to have both Legendaries (Koraidon and Miraidon) without buying the other game, so we traded our extras. Definitely try finding a trading partner; there are lots of Pokémon fans who'll trade with you!

You can't, end of story. Miraidon is a Legendary Pokémon, so you're only supposed to have one. That's the whole point of Legendary Pokémon!
