Getting that 4:3 stretched resolution in CS:GO on Windows 10 is actually simpler than it sounds. First up, you gotta adjust your graphics card settings. For NVIDIA users, head into the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to 'Adjust desktop size and position', select 'Full-screen' under Scaling and make sure 'Override the scaling mode set by games and programs' is checked. For AMD, it's pretty similar - go to AMD Radeon Settings, find 'Display', then under 'Scaling Options' select 'Full Panel'. Then, launch CS:GO, go to settings, set your aspect ratio to 4:3, and pick your resolution. Voila, enjoy the stretched view!

Honestly, just play in native resolution. Better for aiming and visuals.

Did it once following a YT tutorial. Had to mess with both my Intel Graphics settings and in-game options. Saved my settings profile just in case. Made enemies look bigger, kinda helped my aim!
