To snag yourself an Ability Capsule in Pokemon Scarlet, you want to check out the Battle Tower. After you skyrocket through enough battles and stack up those BP (Battle Points), head over to the BP shop inside the tower. There, you can exchange your hard-earned points for an Ability Capsule. It's a bit of a grind, but totally worth it for tweaking your Pokemon's abilities!
