Wonder Box in Pokemon Home. Seriously, just deposit any Pokémon you're willing to trade away and select the Wonder Box option. It's a bit of a lottery, but since so many players use this feature globally, there's a good chance you'll eventually get a foreign Ditto this way. It might take a few tries, but patience is key!

Just catch one, lol. But for real, Dittos from other countries are pretty hard to come by without trading. Your best bet is really to trade with someone else.
