Everyone says to catch a Ralts, but good luck finding one! Took me forever. Once you do, though, the Dawn Stone part is easy.

First off, you gotta catch a male Ralts - they're the key since Gallade is the final evolution of a male Ralts. Evolve that Ralts into Kirlia, which happens pretty quick at level 20. Now, here's where it gets interesting: grab a Dawn Stone and use it on your male Kirlia. Boom, you've got yourself a Gallade! Remember, it has to be a male Kirlia; females evolve into Gardevoir instead.
